Brittney Bartler
Brittney is most currently the 2010 United States Rising Star Rhythm Champion with her former partner
Aleks Nashev. Having taught at the number one Fred Astaire chain for five years, she is blessed to have
had the opportunity to train with some of the world's best Ballroom and Latin professionals. It is her mission
to use this extensive training, her recent competitive experience, and her unique ability to analyze body
movement to provide students with quality instruction that motivates them to strive for their full dance
potential. With the right balance of new steps, current technique (in a sport that is constantly changing),
patience, and fun on a lesson, she hopes to promote ballroom dancing in all its aspects: as a social skill,
competitive sport, and lifelong journey that improves the quality of life of all those who participate. Though
Brittney is best known for her professional career in American Rhythm, she is also certified in and enjoys
teaching American Smooth, International Latin, and International Standard. She is now available at Ballroom
City for private as well as group instruction.
